A lot of webpages automatically redirect me to the german site, but their english site is much better, sometimes better to read too. I noticed this happens only on some of my PCs, altough all of them have a english OS with german localisation, and the websites were accessed only from germany. The function first attempts to parse the format of the String according to the rules called out in Date Time String Format (184.108.40.206). If the String does not conform to that format the function may fall back to any implementation-specific heuristics or implementation-specific date formats.
